When these characteristics are disclosed in the product description or reasonably visible in the photographs, they form part of the object’s individual character and are not automatically considered defects.

One-of-a-kind, antique, vintage, and specially identified final-sale pieces cannot be replaced with an identical object. Please select these pieces carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Any estimated completion date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Handmade work, material availability, artist schedules, cultural observances, transport conditions, or events outside our reasonable control may affect production time.

The applicable details will be communicated in the product listing, invoice, order confirmation, or written correspondence.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, costs, tracking, customs information, and delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Customs inspections;
